Fun At Work

Work should be fun. My brother recently violently disagreed with me on this point, but when I started bringing up the scientific links between job satisfaction, productivity and so on, I was able to support my point for the corporate manager mindset. However, that's not really why any smart person wants to have a playground as an office.

I really liked the way Paul Graham describes why he started his latest Start-up; as well as his description of what makes a Great Hacker.
