Holy @#$!!! The Canadian dollar should be on par with the US dollar by the end of the year, according to banking economists. I knew the pound and euro have been incredibly more expensive than the greenback for a few years now, but this is getting... well fun for us. British regularly tourists make week-end and week long shopping trips to New York just to take advantage of a currency that's worth twice as much as the US dollar.

Currently one Pound, Euro and Canadian dollar will get you $US 1.98, $US 1.34, and $US 0.93 respectively. Shopping anyone?
