I was actually just south of Union Square on Monday May 1, 2006, when the massive NY leg of the opposition to the US Bill H.R. 4437 (an extension of the immigration and control act), marched by. As I was only there by coincidence, these grainy pictures were taken from my cell phone. But it was pretty inspiring seeing such massive solidarity.
